Hayley Arnold
Hayley first served with Josiah Venture Ukraine at an English camp in 2013, when she helped lead a short-term team from her church. There, she got a small glimpse of the beautiful people and culture of Ukraine, as well as the ministry of empowering and equipping young people. A year later, Hayley served as an Extended Summer Intern with Josiah Venture in Ukraine. As she experienced daily life in ministry there, she began to see that the Lord had equipped her to serve in a cross-cultural setting. This was reaffirmed again during a second internship as well as further opportunities leading short term teams from her church in California. In recent years, God has opened her eyes to the way he has been moving, despite the war and trials of many kinds.
Hayley moved to Ukraine in the Spring of 2025 to serve as the director of the Schools ministry in Ukraine. In this role, Hayley pours into teens in school settings and has the opportunity to connect students to local churches. She has also been given the opportunity to train teachers and youth leaders in trauma-informed strategies. She is thrilled to disciple young people and support local churches in Ukraine.
