Zuzanna Smolarczyk

Zuza was born in Jaworzno in southern Poland. In her home, her family's approach to God was more religious than relational. Growing up, Zuza struggled with loneliness and insecurity, which deepened after the loss of her father. She tried to fill this void with superficial relationships and finding acceptance in others.

Zuza heard the Gospel for the first time in 2016, when EXIT Tour visited her school. At the final concert, hearing the story of the prodigal son, she realized that the Good Father was waiting for her to return home. At that moment, a burden was lifted from her heart, and God opened the door to a new life with Him. Zuza quickly joined the youth group at the local church, where she found a home and became involved in leading worship. After a few years, she began serving as a volunteer, then as an intern with EXIT, from which God gave her a desire to serve Him full-time as a missionary with Fala—Josiah Venture's national organization in Poland.

Zuza's role for EXIT Tour is the coordinator of programs and schools. Her tasks include: contact with schools, logistics, and coordinating the EXIT Tour week. Through serving in Fala and leading the youth group in her local church in Jaworzno, Zuza is fulfilling her dream: for young people in Poland with a history similar to hers to hear that there is meaning and purpose in their lives, and that they are loved and valuable. Her passion is to notice and bring out their potential and to accompany them in their everyday struggles, all the while pointing them to Jesus. Zuza wants to see a generation that sincerely loves God and brings hope.
