Milan grew up in a Christian family and became a Christian when he was 12 years old. He graduated from the Technical University of Ostrava and began his career in the investment department of a housing association. After the revolution, he worked in business. Then, he worked as a director in an advertising and printing agency, Ethics, and taught Strategic Management at a business school in Ostrava. He later taught at KAM’s (Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Czech) internship program. In 2009, Milan founded the first Fusion (an outreach to unchurched youth through a network of evangelistic rock/gospel choirs and performing arts groups) in his church (ESK) in Havirov. During the development of the ministry, Milan experienced a calling to Fusion full-time and decided to leave his job.
After some time, Milan handed over the leadership of Fusion and became the guarantor of all KAM "outreach programs,” both long-term regular ones (FUSION, EDGE-Sports, EDGE-Gaming, QUEST, MOTION, THE CHOSEN) and short-term ones (CAMPS and EXIT Tour). He is also a member of the leadership team and the first deputy director of KAM.
Milan is happily married and he and his wife Jarmila have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. They live in Havirov where Milan is one of the leaders of the local church.
