Caleb & Cassandra Tedder
When Caleb and Cassie started dating in college, they both knew God had given them a desire to serve in full-time missions and to disciple youth like they had been discipled. After they got married in 2007, Caleb worked in Indiana as a high school administrator, helping develop many different school and youth ministries as they continued to disciple youth and wait on God’s timing. In 2021, after visiting with missionary friends in Poland, they realized the need for ministry to teenagers and the vision of Josiah Venture matched with their passions and experience. They rallied their church and took teams to help lead two summer camps, and through this process, they fell in love with the Polish youth. It became clear that God wanted them to go to Poland full-time. In the summer of 2024, Caleb, Cassie, and their two daughters moved to Poland and joined the leadership team for El Dorado, a ministry of Josiah Venture that disciples young adults to be spiritual leaders in their community. The Tedders come alongside the leaders to develop vision and structure to fulfill the team's desires to transform the country of Poland through the next generation.
